BOSS DEFROST warrants this appliance to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal commercial or residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date.
It’s important to know the circumstances when repairs will not be covered by your Boss Defrost warranty:
Damage caused by abuse, accidents, floods, and fires
Use inconsistent with operator or installation instructions
Repairs to systems or parts caused by service, modification, and alteration that isn’t Boss Defrost-approved
Improper product maintenance
Cosmetic damage like dents and scratches not caused by material and/or workmanship defects
Discoloration or rust from corrosive environments like exposure to volatile chemicals
Parts that have their original trademarks, fill lines or other identifying features removed, altered or difficult to identify
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that meets any or all of the above conditions.

You may return your BOSS DEFROST, for any reason, within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
We will help you with the process of returning or exchanging your BOSS DEFROST.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, please use an insured and trackable mail service. Once we receive your returned BOSS DEFROST, a refund will be issued.
